Prep boys wrestling: Morro Bay tops Nipomo 42-41

The Morro Bay High boys wrestling team won a close meet at Nipomo, 42-41 on Wednesday.

Joe Morris (126), Brandon McGinley (152) and Luis Alvarez (170) led the Pirates by winning their matches via pin.

Morro Bay (5-1, 1-0 Los Padres League) will travel to San Jose to compete in the Buzolich Classic on Saturday before having some time off for the holiday break.
