Prep soccer roundup: Atascadero girls shut out Nipomo
The Atascadero girls soccer team shut out Nipomo 2-0 on Tuesday, behind Skyler Fleming’s seven saves. Hannah Flickinger had a goal that was assisted by Makaila Fetzer. Melanie Ragain added an unassisted goal for the Greyhounds.

Emma Hotaling scored the lone goal for the Pirates (1-2), who take on Paso Robles on Thursday.
San Luis Obispo 1, Santa Ynez 0
Amelia Corpuz-Carr scored in the second half to break the stalemate for the Tigers (3-0). San Luis Obispo takes on Cabrillo on Thursday at 3:15 p.m.

Roberto Quintero had seven saves for the Broncos (2-3), who host Santa Maria on Thursday.
Santa Ynez 1, San Luis Obispo 0
Santa Ynez scored in the first five minutes to hand the Tigers their first loss of the season. Benji Alonso had five saves in goal for San Luis Obispo (2-1), who play Cabrillo on Thursday at home.
Atascadero 3, Nipomo 1
Nipomo struck first, but three second-half goals swung the game in favor of the visiting Greyhounds. Alex Marca scored in the 56th minute, assisted by Scott Mello. Jose Pena scored in the 62nd minute with an assist from Connor Setting. In the 77th minute, Alex Marca scored an unassisted goal and Carson Setting finished with four saves. The Greyhounds improve to 6-1 on the season and host Templeton on Thursday.
