The Tribune prep football Power Rankings: Week 2

Lompoc remains atop The Tribune’s Power Rankings of Central Coast temas heading into Week 2 after rolling to a 42-7 win over Nipomo last week.

St. Joseph stays at No. 2 after a convincing 40-14 win over Righetti. And Santa Ynez continues to rise up the rankings after another 60-point performance, a 63-0 win over Carpinteria. It was another bad Friday night for SLO County teams, including Atascadero, which dropped a spot after a 49-0 loss to Ventura.
