College volleyball: Cuesta defeats Glendale in five sets

Cuesta’s women’s volleyball won against Glendale 25-16, 25-14, 12-25, 16-25, 15-12 in a matchup at home Wednesday.

Sophomore all-conference player Gabby David led Cuesta with 12 kills and 15 digs. Maren Cracknell made nine kills.

Cuesta’s overall record now stands at 6-8.

The Cougars are set to play their first conference match against Santa Barbara on Oct. 2 at home.
