The Cuesta College women’s water polo team won two matches Friday at the Bockman Tournament at Cabrillo College, routing DeAnza 19-7 and Ohlone 21-9.
Against DeAnza, the Cougars were up 11-0 after the first quarter. Arroyo Grande High grad Isabella Manuele scored four goals, and Emily Crane and Morro Bay High grad Katie White scored three apiece.
In the win over Ohlone, the Cougars (12-2) led 8-0 after one quarter. Manuele scored five goals, and Crane, White, Tarah Salazar and Paso Robles High grad Jessica Reeves scored three each.
Round-robin play at the tournament continues today, with Cuesta taking on Cabrillo and West Valley.
