Cuesta women's soccer team shuts out Ohlone

The Cuesta College women’s soccer team beat Ohlone 1-0 Thursday, earning its first win of the season.

Chloe Lindsey scored from 15 yards out for the Cougars (1-1) in the 60th minute with a shot into the far corner.

Golakeepers Micaela Lewis and Kat Wilcox combined for seven saves and the shutout.

The Cougars host Skyline on Saturday.
