Cal Poly women’s tennis falls to Long Beach State

The Cal Poly women’s tennis team fell 7-0 to visiting Long Beach State on Friday afternoon.

Bryn Bacharach won her first set 6-4 before losing 6-0, 6-1.

Long Beach State’s Laura Eales and Hayley Thompson beat Bacharach and Zoe Oedekerk 6-3 to secure the doubles point.

The 49ers went on to win all six singles matchups.

Cal Poly (2-11) resumes Big West play on Saturday, hosting UC Riverside at 11 a.m.
