Cal Poly women’s golf team in fourth at Sacramento tournament
The Cal Poly women’s golf team was in fourth place after two rounds of play Monday at the Sacramento State Invitational.
Madison Hirsch was the Mustangs’ top individual. She was tied for eighth place with a 151 total at the Sierra View Country Club.
Alison Lillie of San Francisco was first at 145, one stroke ahead of Dons teammate Vanessa Ha.
Cal Poly’s Jamie Harada was tied for 13th place at 152, and Desiree Gillaspy was tied for 19th with a 153.
The Mustangs had a four-player 611 total. The Dons were first at 594, and Santa Clara was second at 601.
