Cal Poly volleyball team swept at home by Hawaii
The Cal Poly women’s volleyball team was swept by No. 8 Hawaii, 25-17, 25-18, 25-19, on Thursday night.
Raeann Greisen had eight kills, and Taylon Nelson distributed 18 assists for the Mustangs (19-7, 11-4 Big West Conference). Senior Nicole Kessler added 16 digs in her last home match for Cal Poly.
Hawaii had a kill percentage of a .234 to Cal Poly’s .038, led by Nikki Taylor with 15 kills and Olivia Magill with 12.
The Warriors (24-1, 15-0) remain undefeated in Big West play, and have a 20-game winning streak.
The Mustangs will travel to take on UC Davis on Tuesday at 7 p.m. in their last regular season match of the year.
