Cal Poly’s Bilo selected for NCAA Championships

Cal Poly true freshman Peyton Bilo received one of four individual at-large selections from the NCAA selection committee and will compete in the NCAA Championships, the school announced Saturday.

Bilo finished 12th in the NCAA West Regional on Friday, narrowly missing an automatic berth. Bilo completed the 6K course in 21 minutes, 0.5 seconds and earned all-regional honors.

The NCAA Championships are scheduled for Nov. 21 in Louisville, Ky.
