Ice-cold second half sinks Cal Poly women’s basketball vs. Montana State
The Cal Poly women’s basketball team squandered a 36-32 first-half lead and scored only two points in the final quarter in a 71-52 loss to Montana State on Tuesday evening.
The Mustangs were 5 of 31 from the floor in the second half and 1 of 17 in the final quarter.
Dynn Leaupepe had 18 points and five rebounds, and Lynn Leaupepe added 10 points and seven rebounds for the Mustangs.
Cal Poly returns to action Dec. 31 at CSU Bakersfield at 2 p.m.
