Drawing the line at anti-Trump bias on the comics page

Once again, the cartoon Bizarro makes an anti-Donald Trump statement, this time casting the GOP presidential candidate as a demon. Really, folks?

The Tribune’s chronic pro-Hillary Clinton bent has been more than obvious, but when it spills onto that last sanctuary from bias, the cartoon page, the bias has gone too far.

With the nation at an historic crossroad in direction, it’s crucial that citizens have access to informed, civil journalism in order to cast their votes wisely. Voters don’t need more media demagoguery than they’re already bombarded with.
