Why Clinton was responsible for her ‘confidential’ emails
Mr. Paul Worsham of Arroyo Grande, whose letter (“Clinton did not mishandle classified emails, the senders did”) was published Aug. 18 regarding the emails of Hillary Clinton:
Well, Paul, not all government emails are marked “confidential” right off the bat.
Usually, most are not considered confidential until one department decides it is confidential.
So, not all are marked that way.
But remember, Hillary is the one who set the rules and regulations of that stuff, so she should have known — and not lied about it.
