The directors of Vineyard Dog Park of Templeton would like to thank the staff of the Mid-State Fair, specifically Ricky Brown and Sue Taylor, for their awesome support of our annual Student Art Contest. For the past seven years, we have held a competition for students to submit a concept drawing for our park entrance mural. The winner receives a $300 cash prize, all expenses paid, and supervision from a local professional artist to transfer the drawing to a 4 foot by 7 foot mural.

We are proud to announce this year’s winner as Ashley Rosilez of Atascadero; second-place honors went to Lucas Smith of Atascadero and third-place to Hudson Mickey of Atascadero. Paws way up for the staff and participants of the art competition.
