Arroyo Grande City Council hides practices behind closed doors

Well, the actions of the Arroyo Grande City Council would be funny if they were not wasting so much of the taxpayer’s money.

First, they fire the previous city manager over reports of hanky-panky with another city employee.

Then they hire a new city manager whom they again fire within a year.

Here’s the worst part, even though the cost of this whole fiasco is approaching $1 million, we, the public, are not allowed to be part of this whole firing process because it’s a “personal matter” and must be decided behind closed doors — a darn good way to hide government stupidity.
