Take a wonderful stand against the Wonderful Co.

North County residents are concerned about a massive removal of oak trees making way for a vineyard. A stop-work order has been issued by the county to Estate Vineyards LLC. The property is north of Highway 46 West.

Seeing the picture of the clear-cutting of the oaks in Paso Robles made me cry.

The lack of foresight, responsibility and respect is reprehensible.

Not only can I no longer support the company that is responsible, Justin Wines, I cannot support the other companies owned by the Wonderful Co.

Wonderful not only owns Justin Wines but also Fiji Water, POM Wonderful pomegranate juices, Teleflora, Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Almonds, Wonderful Citrus and other companies. Their actions were not so wonderful or beneficial for our community.
