T. rex in Santa Barbara museum a cast, not the real deal

While I enjoyed the article on a T. rex named Sue, it is important to point out that the T. rex named Sue at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History is not the actual Sue from the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago — it is an extremely accurate full-sized skeleton cast of Sue.

This certainly does not diminish the value of the exhibit, but I feel it’s important to be accurate.
