Bernie Sanders’ win in SLO County deserved more press

Knowing who won the Democratic primary in my county is important news to me! I’m not sure how I even found it in The Tribune. It was printed on Page 3 under a headline about the 24th District, four days after the election.

No caption even, but in my mind it deserved front page headlines: “Sanders 50.7 percent and Clinton 49.5 percent among San Luis Obispo County voters.” Bernie won in my county! Think of the possible implications! How can we also get a more accurate vote in the District 5 contest between Eric Michielssen and Debbie Arnold?
