Debbie Arnold may not be so protective of ‘rural way of life’
So Debbie Arnold wants to “preserve the rural way of life,” but voted to approve a rock quarry in the middle of a neighborhood (“Las Pilitas quarry loses appeal to SLO County Board of Supervisors,” May 12).
