If the estimated cost to close and dismantle the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant is $3.8 billion (“Cost to decommission Diablo Canyon escalates,” April 24), the companion question is, what will be the estimated cost to close and dismantle the then-superfluous Mothers for Peace organization?
