Regarding Mike Morgan’s letter (“Youths’ infatuation with Bernie Sanders is naive, dangerous,” March 1):

Once again, Mr. Morgan gets his absurd, once-a-month letter printed in The Tribune.

We can’t call his opinion “naive,” because he must be near 70.

He views the current naivety among college students as “uncommon” and “dangerous.”

Really? Thanks for the warning. We all must be careful when walking around campus at Cal Poly. What I see as more dangerous are Americans over the age of 60 that still see Communism as a true threat in the U.S.

There are only five countries left in this world that claim to be Communist. These paranoid people aren’t naive, they’re ignorant. Simple lack of knowledge. How many times does Bernie Sanders have to inform these unconscious sufferers of the definition of Socialistic Democracy and the good it would do all of us? Far from Communism.

Donald Trump is waiting for these voters. Trump loves the undereducated. Good luck with that, Mike. Can’t wait for your letter next month.
