Paso Robles groundwater district works better than lawsuit

The No on A and B campaign thinks the water situation should be resolved by a lawsuit against San Luis Obispo County instead of a water district. According to New Times SLO, the lawsuit has been filed by Craig and Jane Olson, who, along with their family trust and the Gentle Hills Vineyard LLC, own 340 acres along Union and Geneseo roads, including 169 acres planted with 141 acres of vineyards and 171 acres planted with 105 acres of vineyards, and plans call for 40 more acres. They are having no problems with their deep wells, while shallower wells in the area have been drying up.
