Proposed Templeton psychiatric hospital is appropriately located
As 20-year residents of Templeton, we commend San Luis Obispo County planning commissioners for their unanimous approval of the proposed behavioral health hospital. Locating this much-needed facility in the medical area near Twin Cities Community Hospital is appropriate.
We urge the county Board of Supervisors to also approve the building of this hospital. This will mean those in our county in need of mental health services can receive help close to home.
