Grover Beach homeless should use boxcars as shelter

Hey, does anyone know how long we will be subjected to viewing the numerous, ugly, graffiti-laden tanker cars at Grand Avenue in Grover Beach? Does anyone even remember how long they have been there?

On second thought, is there a remote possibility they might be exchanged for a few upscale boxcars — fitted out and monitored as emergency shelter for the homeless?

Nah, that’s asking too much. Oh well, just a thought.
