Green light is a way to show support for veterans

Veterans Day has come and gone.

Instead of waiting for Memorial Day or Veterans Day of next year, why not install one green light on your porch, in your home or at your work.

Leave the light on all year to show our veterans that we support them all the time.

This initiative is call “Greenlight A Vet,” I have seen it on commercials for at least two weeks. You can also look it up on the Internet.

I live in Atascadero, and so far I have seen three lights on houses. Pretty pathetic for all that the veterans have done and continue to do for us.

This really is an easy and inexpensive way to show support all year. Please do this.
