Thanks to TriGIVEathon participants in San Luis Obispo

We would like to acknowledge our local fitness community, the SLO Yoga Center and Cycletribe; for their tremendous generosity and support through the TriGIVEathon on October 18th.

Participants started their morning at the indoor studio for a fun and intense cycling class, followed by a run through downtown San Luis Obispo and then wrapped up the event with a restorative and inspiring class at the SLO Yoga Center.

All this great energy to benefit RunFreeSLO, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting individuals who are in recovery and those who are experiencing significant challenges (homelessness, a recent incarceration, mental health challenges) with the power of running and the commitment to a better life.

Lastly, a very special and heartfelt thank you to Stephanie (at SLO Yoga Center) and John & Jayme (at Cycletribe), local business owners who care deeply about their SLO community and gave their time and energy to bring fitness folk together to support a local cause.

Michele Gordon and Sheila McCann, San Luis Obispo
