Thank you, Womenade

Regarding Judy Salamacha’s recent column about Womenade, as an employee of Morro Bay High School, I must say how grateful we are to the ladies of Womenade.

Contrary to popular opinion, many of the students at Morro Bay High School are in need of assistance. Our Pirate Plaza clothing closet is stocked with donated clothing, new undergarments and personal care items, with most of the personal care items donated by Womenade.

When we find out about a family in need, Womenade is always quick to respond and assist. Thank you, ladies; we really appreciate your dedication to the students of Morro Bay High School. Our clothing closet is in the process of moving from an off-campus location to one on campus, which will better serve our students. We invite the community to contact us with questions or donations.
