Wumo just a cartoon

Regarding my recent letter about the “Wumo” cartoon, with respect to Ms. Tasseff (Letters, Aug. 18), I make no judgments about what is going on in the world but was just stating the obvious headlines. You are correct, more investigations will reveal the truth, if that is the case.

To Ms. Osborne (Letters, Aug. 19), perhaps not all cartoonists can live up to your ideals of cartoon etiquette.

My advice is quite simple, please just bypass it, and then your sensibilities will not be offended. For heavens sake, it is just a cartoon, not the end of the world (the headlines can worry us enough about that).
