Plastic water bottles are the ‘elephant in the room’

The public is becoming more aware of what we put into the dump. This is due in part to legislation against plastic bags and straws.

There is an elephant in the room that is the grandaddy of them all — single-use plastic water bottles.

Mountains of these are on display in Costco, Walmart and most markets, asking to be used one time and thrown away. (Where is away?)
