You call that affordable housing?
Is someone kidding that “affordable” housing is between $250,000 and $750,000? Why can’t some of that precious land (near the airport) be used to put up manufactured homes that can be sold in the $100,000 range so workers, seniors and all others who do not make in excess of hundreds of thousands of dollars a year can have the dream of buying a home.
Makes perfect sense to me.
