Trump on right track with Yucca Mountain
Closing the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant will not only hurt the local economy, but it also is bad energy policy. The plant produces about 10 times the power of all wind and solar in the state. Like it or not, nuclear is in the equation to rid ourselves of fossil fuels. The solution here is solving the waste disposal problem. President Trump may actually be on the right track here by getting Yucca Mountain in Nevada going again.
