Thanks for the Cambria cell tower

I don’t know who to thank for the new cell tower on Oxford Avenue. We now have cell service and find great comfort in the event of an emergency, having this extra bit of security. It took a long time to make this a reality but is much appreciated. My only question is, why was it not advertised?
