President Trump is a bully, but he might be afraid of a bigger one

There’s not much disagreement that the president is a bully. Bullies get away with it because other people are afraid of them. There’s not much disagreement that Vladimir Putin is also a bully. By refusing to accept the fact that Putin interfered with our election, that he is actively waging a cyberwar against us, it seems as if the president just might be afraid of the bigger bully on the playground.
