Irony comes to light after reading Steve Provost’s column

Stephen Provost woke me up on the morning of Nov. 10.

Before reading his article (“What if we ran the U.S. like scientists, not politicians”), the irony that people who outlaw abortion also oppose gun control had not occurred to me. Sure, it’s good to have a loaded gun in the house to protect your daughter and bad to let her have an abortion that might save her. Wow!
