Will Trump react the same to slights if he is president?

If Donald Trump becomes president and an official from another country says something that rubs him the wrong way, is he going to start name-calling, say it is all a lie, exclaim that the politics of that country are rigged against him and then threaten to sue that country? Can’t wait to see that.
