Arroyo Grande Council candidate Caren Ray bucks trend of partisanship
I hope this helps those undecided voters to vote for Caren Ray.
As we all know, extreme partisanship has come to San Luis Obispo County. Caren Ray has proved to me in any number of instances that she knows the issues in Arroyo Grande and is not partisan. As an example, she laid out in detail the issues with water and growth in our city and what could be done about those issues. She did not take sides, just discussed the options.
