San Luis Obispo’s middle class needs rent control to survive
Regarding the San Diego Union-Tribune editorial “Housing crisis: Death of California’s American Dream?” published in The Tribune on Aug. 29:
Like it or not, it is time for some form of rent control in San Luis Obispo County if we want to maintain what is becoming a diminishing middle class.
