A hidden nest egg to keep our minds off politics

A story to keep your mind off politics for a moment:

My son, who lives in Hawaii, wrote: “I was doing a demolition on part of an old house at the beach today. I found a bird’s nest in the ceiling next to a roof vent …

The bird had stolen an actual hundred dollar bill and used it to make one side of its nest. I was completely blown away and $100 richer!”

He has no idea how long ago this happened, but the $100 bill was printed in 1996.
