Supervisor Frank Mecham doesn’t represent his constituents
Regarding The Tribune’s comments concerning Frank Mecham published Dec. 25 ( “Bouquets and Brickbats”): At one time I was a supporter of Mr. Mecham. Some time during his second term as supervisor, he decided to stop representing his constituents. One can only speculate on his reasons for doing this and hope that his replacement will truly represent the views of North San Luis Obispo County.
