On Saturday at 11:07 a.m. a heat advisory was issued by the NWS Medford OR valid from Monday 11 a.m. until Tuesday 11 p.m. The advisory is for North Central and Southeast Siskiyou County and Northeast Siskiyou and Northwest Modoc counties as well as Modoc County.
The NWS informs, "High temperatures of 90 to 97 degrees with lows of 50 to 55 degrees."
"Hot temperatures may cause heat related illnesses," describes the NWS.
This advisory is in effect until Tuesday at 11 p.m.

- Recognize early indicators: Learn to identify the warning signs of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

To ensure safety during outdoor work, adhere to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)'s recommendations by incorporating regular rest breaks in shaded or air-conditioned environments.
