Paso Robles lifts evacuation orders, opens bridge as local emergency remains in place
Although Paso Robles remained under a local emergency on Tuesday, the city lifted some of the evacuation orders and warnings put in place in response to a severe winter storm.
On Monday, Paso Robles acting city manager and emergency services director Chris Huot declared a local emergency for the city.
