Introducing We Rebuild: A note from our editor

Our reporters, editors and visual journalists have worked day and night to bring you coverage of the coronavirus pandemic in San Luis Obispo County. Now we’re beginning to tell the story of how our community responds.

We’re launching our new We Rebuild section to do exactly that. We Rebuild will bring together perspectives and solutions for a path to restore our communities in a post-pandemic world.

It will provide essentials like a lead on a new job, explain the complicated like unemployment benefits, provide updates on how we’re holding our leaders accountable, and help explain what reopening looks like for our county, region and state.
