Deporting immigrants lacking permanent legal status en masse is the most popular of President Donald Trump’s policy proposals, while territorial expansion is among the least liked, according to new polling.

In the latest Atlas Intel poll, 54% of respondents said they strongly or mostly favored “mass deportation of undocumented immigrants,” eclipsing in favorability nine other policies that have been suggested or enacted by Trump since taking office. Meanwhile, 43% were strongly or mostly opposed.

A slim majority, 51%, also said they favored “rolling back federal protections for gender transition procedures,” making it the second-most popular policy. Forty-five percent said they were against this.

Conducted between Jan. 21 and 23, the poll sampled 1,882 U.S. adults and has a margin of error of plus or minus 2 percentage points. It comes after Trump issued a slew of day one executive orders, many of which pertain to immigration policy (one of which has been temporarily blocked in federal court).

A slim majority of respondents, 51%, also supported two other proposals: ending clean energy subsidies and increasing fossil fuel production, and restoring Schedule F, which authorizes the president to fire civil service employees at will. Forty-seven percent of respondents were opposed to these.

None of the remaining six policies — which mostly concern tariffs and territorial expansion — received majority approval.

Forty-nine percent of respondents said they approve of levying tariffs on “specific countries as a negotiation tactic,” while 44% said they were opposed.

Implementing tariffs “across the board” was less popular, with 45% in favor and 48% in opposition.

Most respondents, 52%, said they were against eliminating birthright citizenship for the children of immigrants lacking permanent legal status, while 45% were in favor.

Taking control of the Panama Canal was the most popular of Trump’s schemes to expand the U.S., with 46% in favor and 47% in opposition.

Taking control of Greenland, meanwhile, was far less popular, with just 30% in favor and 54% against.

Lastly, the annexation of Canada was, by far, the least liked of the 10 policies. Just 22% of respondents said they were in favor, while nearly two-thirds, 65%, were opposed.
