‘Dream home’ of NFL player Josh Jacobs hits the Las Vegas market. Take a look inside
As he makes his presence known in Green Bay during his first season with the Packers franchise, NFL running back Josh Jacobs is completing his move by listing his Las Vegas estate on the Nevada market for $5.99 million.
A home he helped design himself to create the ultimate “dream home.”
“Jacobs’ journey and his achievements are incredibly moving. This isn’t just a home; it’s a symbol of his hard work and dreams coming true,” listing agent James Meadows said.
“It’s truly rewarding to help someone find their sanctuary, their private space. Whether it’s a superstar athlete or a veteran who never thought homeownership was possible, the joy is the same.”
The 5,304-square-foot home has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, and is the epitome of sophistication and style with its open floor plan and dramatic floor-to-ceiling marble fireplace in the living room.
Other features include:
Chef’s kitchen
Custom wine wall
Natural light
Over-sized windows
Backyard
Half basketball court
Covered patio
Lap pool
Six-car garage
Jacobs, who was selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the then-Oakland Raiders, lived close to former teammates.
“I would call this the neighborhood of champions,” Meadows said. “It’s a hot spot for Raiders staff and players. (New Orleans Saints quarterback) Derek Carr lives here during the offseason, and even former Raiders head coach Jon Gruden lived here. Plus, you can’t beat the location — just a quick 15-minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip, and perfectly situated between their practice facility and the stadium.”
During his five-year- tenure with the Raiders, Jacobs raked in a ton of honors, including a 2023 Pro Bowl selection, a news release said. He signed with the Packers as a free agent in March 2024.
The listing is held by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
