Arby’s says it “has the meats,” and its newest creation is no different.

The Big Game Burger arrived on menus Tuesday, Sept. 12, at Arby’s restaurants nationwide, according to a news release.

Inspired by a venison sandwich launched in 2017, the new burger features a blend of venison, elk and ground beef, the release said. Each comes with crispy onions, pickles, Swiss cheese and a dark cherry steak sauce.

Pricing starts at $8.79, plus tax.

Roast beef sandwiches remain a staple at the Atlanta-based fast-food chain, but Arby’s has expanded its menu in recent years to include boneless wings, chicken wraps and hush puppy-battered fish. Last year it ventured into the burger business with the debut of the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, a first for the restaurant.

The Big Game Burger is available to order for a limited time, but Arby’s didn’t say how long.
