Co-stars, celebrities, fans take to social media to mourn Carrie Fisher’s death
When news of Carrie Fisher’s death broke Tuesday, co-stars and other celebrities took to social media to mourn her loss and thank her for her contributions. Fisher, an actress and writer, rose to fame as the heroine Princess Leia in the “Star Wars” franchise and later went on to establish herself as an author and screenwriter.
Fisher died Tuesday after suffering a heart attack on a flight from London to Los Angeles on Friday. She was 60.
