Lottery player wins nearly $165K in California. Where was the lucky ticket sold?

A Fantasy 5 player in California hit the jackpot and won $164,863, lottery officials say.

The ticket matched all five winning numbers in the drawing Thursday, Nov. 13, the California lottery said.

The lucky $1 ticket was sold at Coast Market in Wilmington, which is about a 25-mile drive south from downtown Los Angeles.

The winning numbers were 6, 10, 17, 23, and 35, according to the site.

What to know about Fantasy 5

To score a jackpot in Fantasy 5, a player must match all five winning numbers.

The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are 1 in 575,757.

Tickets can be bought for $1 on the day of the drawing.

Drawings take place daily after the draw entry closes at 6:30 p.m.

Here are four ways to tell if you’re a Fantasy 5 winner:

  • Look on the California Lottery website to see winning numbers and prizes.
  • Download the California Lottery mobile app to see winning numbers.
  • Scan your ticket using the Check-A-Ticket feature on the lottery app.
  • Use the Check-A-Ticket machine at a California Lottery retail location.

How do I claim my prize?

If you win, you can claim your prize of up to $599 at any participating lottery retailer, according to the California Lottery.

Prizes of $600 or higher can be collected at any California Lottery district office or by mail.

You have 180 days from the date of the winning drawing to claim your prize, lottery officials said.
