Original story:

A tanker truck full of bleach overturned in Oceano Thursday afternoon.

The truck driver apparently “took a corner too fast and overturned” around 12:24 p.m., according to CHP dispatch.

Photos from the scene show the tanker had a 1791 hazard placard, indicating it was carrying hypochlorite solutions, such as household bleach.

The truck is in a ditch at the corner of Silver Spur Place and Creek Road. There is no indication bleach has spilled from the tanker at this point, according to scanner traffic.
