4 arrested after $1,000 in products were stolen from Ulta store in SLO County

Four men were arrested in Paso Robles on Thursday after a theft at the Ulta store — and police said the suspects were believed to have ties to a crime ring.

The arrests occurred after a theft was reported at Ulta in Paso Robles. Police tracked down the suspects and found $1,000 worth of products in their vehicle, the release said.

John Steven, 26 of Los Angeles; Milton Pericoruiz, 28 of Fontana; Christian Duvanpardotirado, 29 of Los Angeles; and Maicol Fabian Pavon, 26 of Los Angeles; were arrested on charges of burglary and conspiracy to commit a crime, according to a news release from the Paso Robles Police Department.

According to the release, police suspected the men had connections to a South American retail theft ring.

The suspects were booked into the San Luis Obispo County Jail.
