San Luis Obispo Police are investigating a reported robbery at a Ride Aid in San Luis Obispo. The robber was last seen wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, police say.

The San Luis Obispo Police Department is searching for a man who robbed the Rite Aid on Johnson Avenue in San Luis Obispo on Saturday night.

The robbery happened around 10 p.m., according to a SLOPD Facebook post.

The man entered the store and showed the clerk at the register a firearm tucked into his waistband, according to a news release. He stole an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Police said the suspect is described as a Hispanic man, around 25 years old that is 5 feet 10 inches tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, blank pants, a black hat and a white N95-type mask, according to police. He left the Rite Aid on foot toward Marsh Street.

Officers said they searched the area but did not find the robber.
